Shipping Guide
Once you place your order, we will ship you a first-order kit.
- The kit comes with a pre-paid label, an order form, and a ziploc to send in the fur samples.
- Please send a small amount of fur (thumb size) in the provided ziploc bag.
- It is advisable to retain a little bit of the fur sample in the event of the package being lost and needing to be resent.
Once the kit is delivered, kindly fill out the order form and double-check that all the information is accurate.
Please make sure to include both the order form and ziploc-packed fur in the package.
Place the new label provided in the kit over the old label on the package you received.
We will cover the shipping costs, so there will be no further charges for you to resend the package
You will be notified as soon as we receive the kit, and your jewelry will be created.
The production period ranges from 5 to 15 business days (excluding weekends) from the date the kit is received.
